Reviews
Very unique shopping experience! Had loads of fun picking things out. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and even gave us insider vacation tips for Paris!
Best KENZO store ever.
With great stuff and atmosphere.
Thank for Zainab , she is amazing employee with great smile and welcoming personality.
Sales representatives are not assertive to their customers. However, if you are a self-managed type customer, you may find that you can freely to walk around the shop without high pressure from the sales team.
This store offers many choices of kid's clothing. It's easy to find the right signature tiger top to meet your need.
The check-out procedure have room for improvement. It took us 15 minutes to finish the cash payment procedure. We bought a tiger tee (EUR85) and I gave a EUR100 note. Since the cashier didn't have enough spread change to me, they sent somebody to purchase a magazine and get the enough change to me. Impressive~ but took me waiting there without explanation.
Again, if you want to find the latest Kenzo Paris item, this store is good for you. But, if you want a quick shopping, this store may not fit your appetite.
I don’t know how to evaluate. My favorite brand always worth attention. The sales person here constantly follows me at 1m distance. Did I do anything wrong? It’s not possible to treat customers this way. I felt uncomfortable and left soon. I Will rather buy online.
Excellent service and and the entire collection make it the only Kenzo worth visiting
The most spacious Kenzo store in Paris. Calm atmosphere and beautiful collections.
We were warmly greeted by Joel who was very helpful and patient.
Staff was very friendly and helped guide me through my purchases and the tax refund in English.
The shop was quite empty but I was waiting 15 mins to pay for one t-shirt, there were 2 customers waiting for 6 stuffs stay behind the counter.(and seems like no one see you there)
Ridiculous.
In the end I didn't buy it because can't wait any longer, terrible, never come again.
